Worthy Skin & Beauty Bar came to Lifted Logic with a clear vision: a Waterloo med spa that felt nothing like a clinic. Owner Allison McCormick wanted every guest to feel cared for, not processed—the trusted friend with the good skincare advice. We partnered with her to build a brand and digital ecosystem that matched that warmth, from a fully redesigned website and 25+ pages of custom SEO content to a HIPAA-compliant CRM, treatment planning tool, and structured lead follow-up. Today, Worthy runs on the infrastructure of a much larger practice without losing the personal feel Allison set out to create.

The Website Process
Worthy founder’s passion for Botox sparked a mission to transform the typical clinic experience. She envisioned a med spa in Waterloo where every visit felt warm and welcoming—like catching up with a trusted friend who knows all the insider tips for radiant, healthy skin. That vision shaped Worthy Skin & Beauty Bar into a medical spa focused on comfort, connection, and expert care.
We anchored every page in Allison’s “trusted friend” promise. A Voice & Tone survey, content workshop, and on-site media shoot translated that feeling into language, imagery, and architecture — so the site introduces new visitors to Worthy the same way a regular would: with warmth first, expertise close behind.

Copy reads like a conversation, not a brochure—friendly, confident, and easy to skim. Quarterly keyphrase research and competitive analysis shaped every page and 15,000 words of SEO content, so search engines find Worthy for the right terms without flattening her personality into industry jargon.


Design
The design feels like Worthy’s space: soft, intentional, and a little glowy. Generous white space, warm neutrals, and considered typography mirror the in-clinic experience, while curated treatment pages and clear next steps make every service easy to explore, so first-time visitors land in the same warm welcome regulars already know.
Media
A dedicated on-site shoot delivered 156 assets—75 edited photos, a homepage video loop, and 10 treatment loops, all featuring real Worthy staff, real treatments, and the actual space. Nothing is stock. Visitors see exactly who they’ll meet and what their visit will look like before they ever book.

Ongoing Partnership
After launch, the work shifted from building Worthy’s brand online to growing it. We rolled out a HIPAA-compliant CRM with patient lifecycle tracking, real-time lead notifications, and automated text-backs for missed calls so no inquiry slips through the cracks.
A 12-touchpoint follow-up sequence keeps new leads warm, and 3-month re-engagement reminders pull older leads back into the conversation.
Paired with monthly SEO blogs, newsletter automation, reputation management, and quarterly business coaching, Worthy has a marketing and operations engine designed to compound month over month.
