Overview
ThrIVe Wheeling owner Jessica Barclay built her practice on a simple idea: wellness should feel as good as it works. She partnered with Lifted Logic to bring that energy online—through a redesigned website, a fully custom marketing engine, and the operational backbone of our CRM and Business Accelerator program. From SEO content and email to lead management, financial coaching, and a Meevo integration that ties the front desk and marketing together, ThrIVe now runs on a digital ecosystem built to keep up with how fast the practice is growing.

The Website Process
A wellness brand has to feel like the experience it sells. We started with a Voice & Tone survey, content workshop, and competitive keyphrase research, then mapped 35 pages of original SEO content around the questions real ThrIVe clients ask before booking.
From there, we designed and built a site that mirrors the in-studio vibe—bright, bold, intentional, and easy to navigate—and paired it with a custom on-location media shoot, the Treatment Planning Tool, and a Lead Management Tool that turn first-time visitors into long-term members.

Copy reads like a conversation with someone who genuinely loves what they do—warm, informed, and unfussy. Keyphrase research shaped every page and every blog, so each piece of content earns its place in search results while still sounding unmistakably like ThrIVe.

Media
A custom on-location shoot delivered edited photos, a homepage video loop, a click-to-play voiceover and B-roll feature, and 10 treatment loops — all built around ThrIVe’s real space, staff, and clients. The result is a media library that captures the studio’s energy and gives every page something visual to anchor to.

Ongoing Partnership
After launch, the partnership shifted into long-term growth mode. A HIPAA-compliant CRM, Meevo integration, and Lead Management Tool centralize every client inquiry and booking so nothing slips between systems or falls through the cracks.
From there, ThrIVe gets a steady drumbeat of new SEO content (7,500 words per quarter) plus monthly newsletters, highlight content, social distribution, quarterly technical audits, and bi-annual financial consulting.
Monthly analytics reviews keep us pointed at what’s actually moving the needle, and the ongoing Business Accelerator program turns the marketing engine into hands-on coaching for Jessica and her team as they scale.

Custom Multi-Page Form
A few quarters into our analytics reviews, a pattern stood out: visitors were engaging with ThrIVe’s service pages but bouncing before booking—a classic middle-of-funnel drop-off. We proposed an interactive Wellness Planning Tool: a multi-page form that walks visitors through their goals, recommends the right ThrIVe protocol, and routes them straight into the CRM as a qualified lead.
The result is a softer, more personalized path to conversion that meets people where they actually are in their decision. Since launch, the tool has driven 50+ additional conversions through the website, on top of the standard contact form.
