DeLozier Plastic Surgery is a practice of board-certified surgeons known for natural-looking results and a refined patient experience. When the team partnered with Lifted Logic, the goal was a digital presence that matched the caliber of their work—clinical authority without coldness. We rebuilt the website, produced 40 pages of original SEO content, captured a custom media library on location, and rolled out a marketing and CRM engine designed to scale alongside the practice.

The Website Process
A plastic surgery website has to do two things at once: build immediate trust in the surgeon and make complex procedures feel approachable. We mapped DeLozier’s information architecture around real patient questions, paired every device and treatment page with custom imagery, and layered in a Treatment Planning Tool so visitors could explore options at their own pace, turning the site into a true extension of the consultation room.

Every page reads like a thoughtful, informed consultation. We led with patient education: clear explanations of techniques, candidacy, recovery, and realistic results, written in a voice that respects the reader’s intelligence. Keyphrase research shaped 24k+ words across 40 pages of SEO content without ever diluting Dr. Ferguson’s authority on the page.

Design
The design feels editorial: quiet, confident, and unhurried. A restrained palette, generous spacing, and refined typography signal precision without ever feeling sterile. Every treatment page is structured to walk patients through their decision the same way the DeLozier team would in-office—clearly, calmly, and without pressure.

Media
A custom on-location shoot delivered 123 assets—118 edited photos, a homepage video loop, a click-to-play voiceover and B-roll feature, and 10 treatment loops. Every frame features DeLozier’s actual surgeons, staff, and space, so the website reflects the exact environment patients walk into for consultation.

Ongoing Partnership
After launch, the work shifted into growth mode.
A HIPAA-compliant CRM and Lead Management Tool centralizes every inquiry, with lead callback training so the front desk converts more of the leads they’re already getting.
From there, the practice runs on a monthly engine of SEO blogs, newsletters, social media, YouTube SEO, PPC management, and quarterly analytics reviews, all tied back to one dashboard.
